If repairing the bumpers, do not apply any additional repair mastic or coloured base coat to the area(at " a" and "b") . Only a coat of varnish is permitted in this area.
2.3. Preparation
Refer to the appropriate method in accordance with the paint supplier.
2.4. Two-coat paints : colour base
Apply 1 to 3 coloured base coats depending on the coverage of the supplier’s paint.
2.5. Two-coat paints : Varnish

2.6. Paintwork touch-ups on the painted bumpers

There must be no repairs or coloured base coats on the front bumper in the area (at "b") of the front angle radar (2) . A thin coat of varnish is permitted in the area (at "b") of the front angle radar (2).
