Peugeot 308: Removing - refitting : Electric drive train supervisor ECU

ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations .

ESSENTIAL : All personnel carrying out work on a vehicle fitted with traction batteries must have received specific electric vehicle training and be authorised to work on these vehicles(observe the regulations in force in the respective country).

1. Preliminary operation

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required before disconnecting the ancillaries batteries .

Disconnect the ancillaries batteries (Following the specific procedure ).

2. Removing

Disconnect the connector (at "a").

Unclip the connector (at "b").

Unclip the electrical harness (at "c").

Disconnect the 2 connectors (at "d").

Release the electric harnesses(at "e", "f").

Remove :

• The nuts (2)
• The electric drive train supervisor ECU bracket (1)

Remove :

• The nuts (4)
• The electric drive train supervisor ECU (3)

3. Refitting

CAUTION : Observe the tightening torques .

Refit :

• The electric drive train supervisor ECU (3)
• The nuts (4)
• The electric drive train supervisor ECU bracket (1)
• The nuts (2)

Reconnect the 2 connectors (at "d").

Clip the electric harnesses (at "e", "f").

Reconnect the connector (at "a").

Clip :

• The connector (at "b")
• The electrical harness (at "c")

4. Additional operation

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required after reconnecting the ancillaries batteries .

Reconnect the ancillaries batteries (Following the specific procedure ).

5. Programming - initialisation

N.B. : If replacing, initialise the electric drive train supervisor ECU (3) ; Using the diagnostic tool.

Read and clear the fault codes ; Using the diagnostic tool.

Switch on the electric drive machine.

Load : 48 V traction batteryRemoving - refitting : Intake manifold pressure sensor
