Peugeot 308: Removing - refitting : Normal charging electrical harness

ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations .

ESSENTIAL : All personnel carrying out work on a vehicle fitted with traction batteries must have received specific electric vehicle training and be authorised to work on these vehicles(observe the regulations in force in the respective country).

1. Preliminary operations

Put the vehicle on a lift.

ESSENTIAL : Switch the vehicle’s power off .

Remove :

• The electric drive machine cover
• The traction battery

2. Removing

ESSENTIAL : Carry out the procedure for disconnecting the electric power circuit connectors .

Disconnect the normal charge electrical harness ‎ (1)(at "b", "c").

Unclip the normal charge electrical harness ‎ (1)(at "a").

Disconnect the electrical harness connector (at "d").

Disconnect the normal charge electrical harness ‎ (1)(at "e").

Remove the nuts (2).

Move aside the normal charging electrical harness (1).

Disconnect the electrical harness connector (at "f").

Remove :

• The nuts (3), (4)(from underneath the vehicle)
• The normal charge harness (1)(from above the vehicle)

3. Refitting

CAUTION : Observe the tightening torques .

Refit :

• The normal charge harness (1)(from above the vehicle)
• The nuts (4), (3)(from underneath the vehicle)

Reconnect the electrical harness connector (at "f").

Refit the nuts (2).

Reconnect :

• The normal charge harness (1)(at "e")
• The electrical harness connector (at "d")

ESSENTIAL : Carry out the procedure for reconnecting the electric power circuit connectors .

Reconnect the normal charge electrical harness ‎ (1)(at "b","c").

Clip in place the normal charge electrical harness (1)(at "a").

4. Additional operations

Refit :

• The traction battery
• The electric drive machine cover

ESSENTIAL : Switch the vehicle’s power on .

Return the vehicle to its wheels.
