Peugeot 308: Removing - refitting : air/air heat exchanger

ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations .

ESSENTIAL : All personnel carrying out work on a vehicle fitted with traction batteries must have received specific electric vehicle training and be authorised to work on these vehicles(observe the regulations in force in the respective country).

1. Removing

Place the vehicle on a 2-post lift .

Remove the front bumper .

Uncouple the air unions (1), (2) from the air/air heat exchanger .

Assembly "A" : .

Remove :

• The bolt (5)
• The clip (4)
• The air deflector (3)

Assembly "B" : .

Remove :

• The bolt (5)
• The air deflector (3)

Assemblies " C" and "D" : .

Remove :

• The bolts (7)
• Air/air heat exchanger (6)

2. Refitting

Assemblies " C" and "D" : .

Refit :

• Air/air heat exchanger (6)
• The bolts (7)

Assembly "A" : .

Refit :

• The air deflector (3)
• The clip (4)
• The bolt (5)

Assembly "B" : .

Refit :

• The air deflector (3)
• The bolt (5)

CAUTION : Check that the lower fixing studs are positioned correctly before refitting the air/air heat exchanger (6).

Couple up the air unions (1), (2) on the air/air heat exchanger (6).

Align the marks (at "a", "b").

Refit :

• The front bumper
• The vehicle to its wheels
