Peugeot 308: Removing - refitting : Switches of the ancillaries batteries

ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations .

ESSENTIAL : All personnel carrying out work on a vehicle fitted with traction batteries must have received specific electric vehicle training and be authorised to work on these vehicles  (observe the regulations in force in the respective country).

1. Ancillaries battery 1 switch

1.1. Preliminary operation

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required before disconnecting the ancillaries batteries .

Disconnect the ancillaries batteries (Following the specific procedure ).

1.2. Removing

CAUTION : Observe the order of the following operations.

Remove the 2 nuts (2).

Move aside the electrical harnesses(at "b").

Disconnect the connectors(at "a").

Remove :

• Nut (3)
• The ancillaries battery 1 switch (1)

1.3. Refitting

CAUTION : Observe the tightening torques .

CAUTION : Observe the order of the following operations.

Refit :

• The ancillaries battery 1 switch (1)
• Nut (3)

Reconnect the connectors(at "a").

Refit :

• The electrical harnesses (at "b")
• The 2 nuts (2)

1.4. Additional operation

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required after reconnecting the ancillaries batteries .

Reconnect the ancillaries batteries (Following the specific procedure ).

2. Ancillaries battery 2 switch

2.1. Preliminary operations

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required before disconnecting the ancillaries batteries .

Disconnect the ancillaries batteries (Following the specific procedure ).

PHEV DRIVE TRAIN

Remove the centre console .

2.2. Removing

Disconnect the connectors(at "c").

Detach the protector (4)(at "d").

Remove the 2 nuts (7).

Move aside the electrical harnesses(at "e").

Remove :

• Nut (6)
• The ancillaries battery 2 switch (5)

2.3. Refitting

CAUTION : Observe the tightening torques .

CAUTION : Observe the order of the following operations.

Refit :

• The ancillaries battery 2 switch (5)
• Nut (6)

Reconnect the connectors(at "c").

Refit :

• The electrical harnesses (at "e")
• The 2 nuts (7)
• The protector (4)(at "d")

2.4. Additional operations

PHEV DRIVE TRAIN

Refit the centre console .

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required after reconnecting the ancillaries batteries .

Reconnect the ancillaries batteries (Following the specific procedure ).
