Peugeot 308: Removing - refitting : Braking circuit vacuum sensor

ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness instructions .

ESSENTIAL : All personnel carrying out work on a vehicle fitted with traction batteries must have received specific electric vehicle training and be authorised to work on these vehicles(observe the regulations in force in the respective country).

1. Preliminary operations

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required prior to a disconnection of the ancillaries battery .

Disconnect the ancillaries battery.

Remove the ancillaries battery .

2. Removing

Disconnect the connector(at "b").

Uncouple :

• The click-on union (at "c")
• The braking circuit vacuum sensor (1) from the brake servo(at "a")

Remove the braking circuit vacuum sensor (1).

3. Refitting

Refit the braking circuit vacuum sensor (1).

Couple up :

• The braking circuit vacuum sensor (1) on the brake servo(at "a")
• The click-on union (at "c")

Reconnect the connector (at "b").

4. Additional operations

Refit the ancillaries battery .

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required following a reconnection of the ancillaries battery .

Reconnect the ancillaries battery.
