ESSENTIAL : Before installing the wheels, remove any built-up corrosion from the wheel fitting surface and from the fitting surface of the brake drum and disc. Installing the wheels with incorrect contact between the metal sections at the fitting surfaces can lead to loosening of the wheel bolts.
CAUTION : The use of impact wrenches to refit the wheel bolts and wheel anti-theft bolts is strictly prohibited.

CAUTION : When installing a new steel wheel for the first time : Always double tighten the wheel, to avoid any risk of slackening.
N.B. : Double tightening consists of tightening to torque followed by slackening then retightening to the specified torque.
