Peugeot 308: Removing - refitting : Junction box

ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations .

ESSENTIAL : All personnel carrying out work on a vehicle fitted with traction batteries must have received specific electric vehicle training and be authorised to work on these vehicles(observe the regulations in force in the respective country).

1. Preliminary operations

Remove the electric drive machine cover.

ESSENTIAL : Switch the vehicle’s power off .

2. Removing

Disconnect :

• The junction box (at "a")
• The electric coolant heater connector(at "b")
• The electric air conditioning compressor connector(at "d")
• The on-board charger/direct voltage transformer assembly connector (at "e")
• The connector(at "c")

Remove :

• The 4 bolts (2)
• The junction box (1)

3. Refitting

CAUTION : Observe the tightening torques .

Refit :

• The junction box (1)
• The 4 bolts (2)

Reconnect :

• The connector(at "c")
• The on-board charger/direct voltage transformer assembly connector (at "e")
• The electric air conditioning compressor connector(at "d")
• The electric coolant heater connector(at "b")
• The junction box (at "a")

4. Additional operations

ESSENTIAL : Switch the vehicle’s power on .

Refit the electric drive machine cover.

Removing - refitting : Engine - hybrid dual-clutch piloted manual gearbox assemblyDraining - filling - bleeding : Electric drive chain cooling circuit
