3. Preliminary operations
Place the vehicle on a 2-post lift.
CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required prior to a disconnection of the ancillaries battery .
CAUTION : In the case of a vehicle with 2 batteries, carry out the specific operations for disconnecting and reconnecting the ancillaries batteries.
Disconnect the ancillaries battery or batteries (depending on equipment).
Remove :

Disconnect the connector of the wheel speed sensor (at "a").
Remove the bolts (1).
Move aside the bracket (2).
CAUTION : Risk of damage to the front body height sensor (depending on equipment).

Remove the front body height sensor .

Remove the front body height sensor .
Disconnect the connector of the front controlled shock absorber (at "b") (depending on equipment).
Remove the nut (3).
Move the front anti-roll bar rod (5) aside.
Remove the bolt-nut assemblies (4).
Remove the plug (6) (depending on equipment).

CAUTION : Observe the tightening torques.

Engage the front damper-spring assembly in the wheelarch.
Refit the front spring-shock absorber assembly ; Using the tool [0925 / CH-52540].
Put the new bolts (7) in place (without tightening).
Tighten the bolts (7).
Refit :
Reconnect the connector of the front controlled shock absorber (at "b") (depending on equipment).
